History

HISTORY OF FOUNDATION AND DEVELOPMENT

BB GROUP CORPORATION was founded on May 19th, 2017 with the long-term strategy and decisive vision of the Board of Directors, the corporation rapidly made reckless investment deals and successfully expanded production and business fields, to help to have breakthrough steps in the development. The corporation is focusing on many important fields: Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Gas Industry, Mining, Construction Industry, and Fast moving consumer goods. Today, BB GROUP has 33 Subsidiary Companies and is continuously developing to expand in scale.

2022

Significant real estate investment, with over 30 major projects across Vietnam, including Irista Hill Sapa, Irista Phan Thiet, and Da Lat Theme Park…
Mining industry: BB CIM Holdings established its first presence in two key provinces, Yen Bai and Lao Cai, with a total of 6 iron mines, 3 ore sorting plants, and 1 pellet mill.
Conduct research and invest in 2 projects worth up to 5.5 billion USD in the Southeast Economic Zone of Quang Tri.

2021

Victoria Craft Beer, an original German craft beer brand, has arrived in Hue.
Victoria Craft Beer was voted the Most Favorite Beer Brand during Oktoberfest 2022 at JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi, proud to bring a victory spirit and strictly adhere to the Reinheitsgebot, the German Beer Purity Law: no chemicals are used in the brewing process.

2021

Invest in and develop the symbolic The Manor Tower Lao Cai, where different and outstanding standards converge.
This prosperity tower is an affirmation that the house is not only a place to live, it has evolved into a high-class resort space, deserving of the title of the Northwest’s ideal residence for the elite.

Acquired and operated 04 additional resorts: BB Sapa Resort & Spa, Victoria Phan Thiet Beach Resort & Spa, Kawara My An Onsen Resort, Takalau Residence & Resort.
The merger and operation of the V-Tower office building and the 01 serviced apartment area.

2021

BB Power Holding and Hanbaram wind power plants were successfully launched, completing the mission of three renewable energy fields: solar power, hydropower, and wind power.

2020

BB Group has successfully implemented 07 solar power plants: My Son 1,2; Gio Thanh 1,2; Tra O Lagoon; Hong Phong 5.2; Phan Lam 2.
This milestone transformed BB Group into a forerunner in the field of energy with iconic works, establishing a driving force for economic development and social security in the community and country.
BB Group has made investments in wind power.

2019

BB Group invested in and developed seven potential solar power projects with the goal of becoming a regional leader with exceptional growth potential in the field of renewable energy.

The Manor Crown Hue urban area officially came into operation
The Manor Crown Hotel, designed in a neoclassical style, is as luxurious as a crown while remaining harmoniously charming and friendly, with delicate architectural lines that recreate ancient European urban architecture.

2018

Real estate development (resort tourism):BB Hotel Sapa International Hotel – The heart of Sapa appears as a beautiful castle in the middle of the misty land, an ideal stopover for tourists on their journey at the middle of town.
BB Hotel Sapa was voted by the Vietnam Tourism Association as “The hotel that serves European guests the most” in 2018.

Bach Dang Construction Corporation has officially become a member of BB GROUP: With over 60 years of establishment and development, Bach Dang Construction Corporation is proud to be one of the leading enterprises, contributing to the growth of the construction industry in Vietnam.
In 2018, Bach Dang Construction Corporation made a significant breakthrough by formally joining BB Group, opening a new chapter with strong and sustainable development.
