At Victoria Craft Beer, we are proud to bring 100% of the machines and techniques for brewing beer from Caspary – an enterprise with more than 200 years of experience in the beer production line from Germany.
Strictly following Reinheitsgebot (implemented in 1516), which is also known as the German “Purity Law” – a regulation that does not use impurities in beer processing, Victoria combines four primary ingredients of malt, hops, yeast, and water to create incredibly classic flavors of traditional German craft beer.
Not only that, but customers visiting Victoria Craft Beer will be able to see firsthand the craft beer brewing line located in the center of the restaurant, immersed in a classic, luxurious, and elegant atmosphere, and savor a variety of dishes ranging from traditional Bavaria cuisine to regional specialties of Vietnam.
